This concentrator is suitable for the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, starch sugar, dairy food, chemical and other liquids, especially for low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermosensitive materials.

Structure and Characteristics

1. Compared with the single effect concentrator, the dual effect simultaneous evaporation effectively utilizes the secondary steam and has significant benefits. Calculated based on the WQI 1000 model, it saves about 3200 tons of steam, 75000 tons of water, and 80000 kWh of electricity annually.

2. This concentrator adopts external heating, natural circulation, and negative pressure evaporation methods, with fast evaporation speed and high concentration ratio. Generally, traditional Chinese medicine extracts can reach 1.2-1.3.

3. Compared to single effect concentration, it has stronger functions:

(1) The recyclable alcohol concentration can reach around 800;

(2) The first and second effects can be repeatedly combined to form a paste;

(3) It can operate intermittently or continuously.

4. The contact parts between this concentrator and the material are made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, which meets the requirements of GMP standards.

5. The condenser adopts a special structural design with high thermal efficiency.

6. Open the upper and lower covers for quick and convenient cleaning.
